Weathermap getting disabled and php memory leak

Recently updated cacti 1.2.17 to 1.2.19 on Rocky Linux from epel-release. after upgrade weathermap plugin getting disabled time to time and need to enable it manually from the plugins window. Also cacti consumes all the RAM in vm and freeze it after running some time. only fix is restart php-fpm service or wait oom to kill/clean it up. after such memory leak event, there's empty parts on graph always.

In cacti logs there's an error repeating

This version of weathermap I downloaded from https://github.com/thurban/plugin_weathermap which made compatible for cacti v1.x. this was working without any issues with v1.2.17

Can anyone point me the right direction how to fox this memory issue and weathermap plugin auto-disable issue ?

Technically Weathermaps isn't supported any more by the original owner but Thomas Urban made some fixes for 1.2 in his branch of Weathermaps. You may want to reach out to him.
