No daily/weekly/monthly/yearly drill down after update; flat tree

Hello.
I am updating a couple of very old Cacti 0.8.7g servers that I inherited, to 1.2.19. I am doing the first server, followed all the istructions, brought the database and rrd's to a new server, imported, followed all instructions, no errors.

However, I have two issues:
- the tree structure was lost. All trees are empty, I am redistributing the graphs manually. I can do it with the first, small server. But I have the second server pending with thousands of graphs. Is there a solution for this?
- The graphs do not allow clicking on them to access the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly drill downs. I read other posts about a "Hide Graph Drilldowns" permission, but I cannot find it in this version.
