Error on showing graphs

i recntly installed cacty on windows server 2019 and it dosent show the graphs , any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I was wondering if you ever got an answer for this error or did you end up fixing the error yourself?

I ask because I have the same exact problem except I am not using xampp or however you spell it.

For as long as this error has been out I can't believe no one is able to answer your question with a quick fix.
I am sure this error has been around for quite some time, but yet no one seems to have an answer.

No graph in version 1.1.38 but if graph realtime show.
