Bulk Data Debug Repair

I have migrated an old 0.8.8 instance to a 1.2.16 instance on Ubuntu. In doing so, I found an issue with my data source templates and had to change one that affects 2000 data sources.

Cacti has the Troubleshoot -> Data Source page which happily tells me which data sources the RRD file no longer matches on and if I click any individual data source, I can click "Apply Suggested Fixes" which solves my problem on a per data source basis.

Is there an easy way to do this for the other 1999 I have left? Or would I need to make this change one data source at a time?

I have searched and not found a relevant answer.
