Broken graph for one device only

Hi Team,

I have a device that is having a broken graph whereas the other devices are graphing just fine. I have ample memory and resources for my cacti server and I don't understand why this would happen. The same device with the same SNMP v2 creds works just fine in other monitoring tools like LibreNMS.

I have attached a snapshot of the graph for reference. Please provide me any suggestions on how I can rectify this as it is a part of my weathermap.
