Thold 1.5.2 keeps being disabled with Cacti 1.2.19

We recently upgraded to Cacti 1.2.19 and have found that Thold 1.5.2 keeps getting disabled. We then go to Configuration -> Plugins and then click the "Enable Plugin" button and it then works until some point when it is disabled for some reason.

Check your Cacti log, it will tell you what is happening.
