System SNMP error [Solved]

Hi all,

I have installed Cacti 1.2.17
I have exported templates from a CACTI 0.8.8f and imported them in the new
I have been able to create some Cisco devices without any troubles but for a firewall device i have a "System SNMP error"
The ICMP ping is ok but not SNMP
I have checked the SNMP settings on the firewall device and put them in CACTI.
Cacti is allowed to access the device SNMP

So i don't understand why this "System SNMP error"

any idea?
