Automate disk creation graphs with SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions

Hello everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to automate the creation of graphs on disks with templates (with the following data query: SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions), I am new to using cacti, and I cannot find a solution to this issue. Thanks in advance to everyone.

Cacti version: 1.2.18
NET-SNMP version: 5.7.3
RRDtool Version: 1.7.1+
PHP version: 7.3.27

Plugins:
Monitor: 2.5
THold: 1.6
