maximum value graph

I have a problem that I am changing the maximum value of the vertical graph, but the value that I add is not applying it. When creating a new chart the default value is kept. I am using cacti version 1.2.16
With a previous version if I respected the value that it added without problems, but with this version I have no idea if it should be done elsewhere.
