Weathermap no longer completing run

more than 1 map doesn't cause issue, certain maps cause the issue.

command line didn't work for either map.

I have 2 maps currently loaded:
uch.conf (failing)
uch.good.conf (working)

Oh, looks like you might be missing part of the php PEAR library. That's a pity because then you can see what it does without messing with your poller too much (DEBUG logging can slow things down quite a bit for the whole poller)

also, how can send you attachments? I tried emailing you at howie@cacti.net (no joy) and it doesn't appear attachments are enabled in this forum.

I am capturing DEBUGs of both good and bad maps.

You can (could anyway) attach to PMs... or weathermap@thingy.com gets me.
