Hi Guys, I'm a pretty new user of Cacti. I'm dealing with below 2 issues for which I can't find any related log. Same instance of Cacti is running perfectly for other devices. Would you please help me how to proceed?
1) For one host ICMP Ping is success but the Device status is down and the graphs are empty.
2) For another host Device status is up but the graphs are empty.

- Availability/Reachability Settings
Check snmp configuration on devices.
