Threshold Creation Wizard doesn't show all devices

Cacti Version 1.2.15
thold Version 1.5.3

When I am trying to create new thold " Threshold Creation Wizard " is not showing all devices that i've already added . there is no difference in device configuration . all of them are mikrotik with "Device Template" selected as "Generic SNMP Devices" .
