Icons missing in preview graphs

Hello,

is it a normal behavior that normal users (but with all rights) don't see icons in the graph preview section (marked in the following picture red)?

Seems only the admin user can see those icons. Is it possible that other users get this icons as well?

I can't speak for 1.2.16 but it works fine in 1.2.17 for a normal user. Do you have this setting enabled for the user?

There was a change submitted by an external user who wished to allow the hiding of the icons. However, when that change was made the terminology and functionality was inverted to the way the rest of the options work. This was subsequently changed to bring things in line. However, as part of that process, the defaults hide those icons and must be enabled.

Unfortunately it seems I don't have "Show Graph Action Icons" in 1.2.16:

Upgrade from 1.2.16 to 1.2.17 fixed the issue.
