Installed router config plugin for window cacti. seeing the below logs, requeuing for support.

2021-05-13 11:23:22 - RCONFIG STATS: Time:0.05 Downloaded:0 Failed:0
2021-05-13 11:21:40 - RCONFIG FATAL: TFTP Backup Path is not set or is not a directory

that message appears because you have not defined the path where to look for files transferred over via TFTP. Even if you don't use TFTP, defining a possible location will remove the error.

Can you show your device settings? Is SSH enabled on that device? Are you using a machine with a version of SSH that can connect to the device at the command line? Do you have PHP SSH enabled?

On switch, we have enabled ssh version and attached the screenshot please verify and suggest me.
