Best ICMP Ping Template

Hey guys - which ICMP ping template would you recommend for 1.2.17? I'm getting some weird readings from the Unix Ping Latency graph - thanks!

Attached are the reasons for my question - last hour is showing 200 ms, but zooming out shows a much more correct 1.2 ms - unless I am doing my math wrong....
