weathermap failed to setup

Hi
I met one problem with weathermap install on SUSE 11 sp3 with cacti 1.2.16 , weathermap version is 0.98a only for cacti 1.x.x.
when I install weathermap ,it comes out thie error

do someone know the reason ?
all cacti folders are user rights are 777
/srv/www/htdocs/cacti/plugins # dir

Moving to weathermap forum. Also, since you are using cacti 1.2.16, are you using the version of weathermap that is compatible with 1.2.X?

the newest version for cacti is 0.98a , it is enable to use for 1.2.16 , but for my system there is some issue .

Yes ,I do use this version and download from this link, it meets the problem , now i have to use weathermap-standalone get data from cacti to meet our request and it works.
