How do you upgrade the monitor plugin

I want to upgrade my monitor plugin but the documentation only cover an initial install. There doesn't appear to be documentated steps to upgrade the monitor plugin.

Override the files with the new ones.

You mean simply remove the original monitor plugin folder and replace with the new one. Nothing else needs to be done.

Yes, or even simpler, copy the old files over the new ones, no reason to remove the old folder.
