Please guide me as Cacti 0.8.8f graph presets / Timespane / Graph Zoom function is not working.

Sorry but 0.8.8 is not supported any longer, you really need to upgrade. Most likely you are are affected by this
https://github.com/Cacti/cacti/issues/3797
which is fixed in a later version.
