Cacti user management not showing users list.

Dear Experts,

Two days before we have updated the cacti

I am using cacti 1.1.19, I have more than 7 users on the system but showing No Users Found

The real-time option also not showing

in Presets below 1 days graph not working (ex 30 min,1 hour and 2-hour graph)


Please advice

Your version is getting pretty old. Presets were fixed in a newer version, you can apply this patch

Hi there.
I have 8 users, but no one can be seen in User management.
They were there but disappeared suddenly.

In attachment you can see Showing Rows 1 to 8 of 8 [1] and no users.

What can it be? Does anybody have any suggestions?

My account has all the permissions.
I still can add users, but I cannot see them or edit their profiles.

Version 1.1.19

Check the browsers console to see if there are an errors, also check if any extensions are blocking it (or try another browser). If none of that works, then I would upgrade, you are 19 versions behind on just the 1.1 branch, and then another ~17 behind on 1.2.
