I want add graphs on cacti for public View In my netowork
For example http://IPADDRRESS-CACATi/Tree name example and view Graph that added in this Tree everone Can access to viewm Graph without Authentication

Well its never be exactly as you posted "/Tree" url, as Cacti doesn't work that way. But you really have 2 choices. Use a guest account (not really recommended for public access) or use the export plugin.
