Re: Cacti v1.2.2 device template!
Serdar01,
I have almost the same setup (PA-3260's in HA) I had cacti working fine with my Pa-2040's but we had to upgrade. (and upgrade the OS)
There is a Paloalto template that someone made for older versions, it will import/upgrade but it's a pain. I'm actually still running Cacti pre 1.x simply because of getting weathermap to work (which is super useful) I am actually checking to see if they've gotten that working again.
But as a side note. Something I noticed with the upgrade (is that cacti is seeing my ethernet1/1 and giving a response back of 0. Upon digging into this at the moment it looks like it's using the wrong OID (which it gets from the OID on the firewall..(I think) )
I've deleted, recreated every time it sees it as ethernet1/1 but uses the OID of
02/02/2021 10:09:03 AM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[178] TH[2] DS[8939] SNMP: v2: 172.19.254.2, dsname: traffic_in, oid: .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.5, value: 0

When I use a mib browser if I understand it, the oid should be: .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.1 for the traffic_in
I'm thinking at the moment this is because of a mix up somewhere, as on certain parts it puts the HA1-a,HA1-b, HCSI ports before the ethernet ports, and other portions of the OID it doesn't include them.. which messes up their numbers..
So double check your ports..

This was so many releases ago. Update to 1.2.21.
