Cacti Graph Breaks when Edit - Damaged Graph

Hello Folks,
I am experiencing many issues after migrating cacti from 0.8.8 to 1.2.11 and one of them is, the graphs breaks whenever i edit the associated graph template. For example I added a new field on a template "Interface - Traffic (bits/sec)" to show the interface field as a comment.

Soon I added the field the graphs stops working and I see "Damaged Graph" under under source name.

Looking at the logs, I see these errors and not sure if they are related.

This is fixed in 1.2.14 I believe

I upgraded to 1.2.14 now and its still the same.

I have 1.2.15 and I had same problem after edit graph template. I Just add a new comment (|query_IfIP|). Then my related graph not updated. When I look graphs I see damaged

Tehn I look at related data source and noticed that Output type ID is changed. I fix it as my value (In/Out bits blabla).

Then I fix it as correct ID. Graph start to update. But I still see Source name as "Damaged"

I had the same issue happen on 1.2.15 as well. I added a comment line for interface speed and that caused graphs to stop graphing. I wasn't able to figure out how to resolve it and ended up having to recreate the graphs. It seems to be fixed in another install I had on 1.2.16 though.
