[Solved]Camm rule user defined functions not working

The camm user defined functions "camm_user_test1 / 2 and 3" is not being executed when chosen. When i select mail and 'User define function' the mail gets sent with the correct criteria but the file in lib "camm_user_func.php" does not get executed. For example - if i select to trigger on a name eg: Llewellyn - it finds 8 records per below
When i select the User function it halts and the line 'process =[8] but nothing afterwards - can anyone help maybe? Cacti 0.8.8f on Ubuntu16 with PHP7. No errors in mysql.log or syslog or cacti.log

It is like that function is just not beiing called upon. I also have Cacti 1.2 and behaves the same.
