Problem in Cacti Server 1.2.16 Graph....

HI EVERYONE ,
Yesterday i have installed new Cacti Server 1.2.16 on Linux CENTOS & everything configured Successfully as all Devices Graph are not showing in new Cacti Server 1.2.16 but showing me previous Months Graph successfully and humble request to all please solve my issue.

Your poller is overrunning its time limit. Goto
Console > Data Collection > Data Collectors > Main Poller > "Processes"
and change the number of processes to be higher (you currently have it set at 1). A common setting is to set it at twice the number of CPUs Cores. So if you have 4 CPU Cores, set it at 8. Typically I do 3x (so 12) but you will want to watch the Load Average of the Cacti Server.
