Re: Windows Installer [Cacti 1.2.7] [Updated 2019-11-02]
We do apologise, this appears to be a process that has slipped through the cracks of our recent migration of services. The installer has been uploaded accidentally to the old server rather than the new one so that was why it wasn't fully available.
If you try the link again now it should work. When 1.2.8 is released, I will try to make sure that the resource is available automatically.

Thanks you for the new download link.
The weathermap doesn't seem compatible with all versions above 1.x.x I've searched more informations about it but I prefer to be sure. Could you please confirm me that?

If you can live with it in a half broken state, then yes it works but not as nice as it did under 0.8 until howie has finished his separation work

Re: Windows Installer [Cacti 1.2.14] [Updated 2020-08-06]
trying to install on windows.. stuck at /tmp/ being not writable.. where is this folder supposed to be?
Re: Windows Installer [Cacti 1.2.14] [Updated 2020-08-06]
fixed my issue.. here's what i did
1) installed the newest windows installer on a new server, here i was able to note the location of the TMP dir and confirm SNMP via PHP was installed.
2) copied the RRDTool, SPINE, PHP, and NET-SNMP dirs from new server to production server.
3) downloaded and re ran the install\upgrade to the lastest rev
fixed my issue

It is.
Can you provide the installer logs for review?

Re: Windows Installer [Cacti 1.2.14] [Updated 2020-08-06]
It's a rrdtool issue.
Google: "rrd is too small (should be xxxx bytes)"
Reveals:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=38000
and
http://rrd-mailinglists.937164.n2.nabbl ... 47100.html
So it is a RRDtool issue and going to a different version should solve it.

Re: Windows Installer [Cacti 1.2.15] [Updated 2020-11-03]
Hi all,
Just finished installing Cacti using the installer downloaded from the op (from "Cacti.net" under "Download"), and while everything is working, I noticed that Cacti says it's 1.2.14, not 1.2.15. The cacti_version file installed also bears this out.
The cygwin1.dll does report version 3.1.7, so I presume the link has been updated to the newer installer.
Figured I'd let you know. Cheers,
John Moe
