[root@zeus ~]# php -f /home/zeus/cacti/index.php
Looks like your in /root instead of the base of the cacti install.

do a

Code: Select all

cd /home/zeus/cacti
before trying to run that command from the command line. The includes use relative paths (to where you are, not the files)

Well, unless you are a developer or know a whole lot about what you are doing, you really have no business running something other than the PHP that comes with the OS. So, that's the first thing I would do. Then Cacti literally just works. Just use the documentation on Github.com that talks about installing Cacti on CentOS/RHEL. It's that easy. Also, for NGINX, you install should be in /var/data/www/cacti and for Apache it should be in /var/www/html/cacti.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
