Graph not created for certain type of template

I am running 1.1.3.8 Cacti version.
Majority of graphs are working properly beside some cisco cpu related graph. I have dowloaded script from https://github.com/robwdwd/Cacti-Cisco-CPU-Memory

The problem why is grap is nod showing up is that rrd file for this type of graph is not created, poller is empty also.
On the other hand some other graps for this device are showns up sucessfully. Device is up and enable.

RRDtool Says:
ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/site/rra/router_name_5939.rrd': No such file or directory

i have tryed to rebuild pooler but it remains empty in this case.
Snmpwalk is successful.


Does anyone haw an idea what to do?

Could be a permissions issue in the RRA directory, or it could be your poller cache. If you are on 1.1.38, you should upgrade. However, take care if you have multiple Data Collectors as you have to upgrade spine at the same time. If you don't have multiple Data Collectors, you should just upgrade.

How will upgrade solve an issue,is this an already known bug for this Cacti version?

Permission of rra are rwx for all (also I have few hindreds of other graphs included their rra file in this directory that are suscessfull):
lrwxrwxrwx 1 www-data www-data 28 May 20 2018 rra -> /var/lib/cacti/rra

I have tried to rebuild poller cash but for "Cisco cpu" nothing created.

You could try to re-import that template, but without access to your system, there is not much anyone here can do to help with the level of information that you have provided.
