newer snmpget, no graphs

Post by Tealk »

Hello,

I updated by debian distro to sid a few days ago, and since then my cacti network traffic grapher is broken.. I check the logs (rrd.log) and i saw that after a while it didnt receive any data any more:

10/06/2002 11:45 AM - CMD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/cacti/rra/traffic_eth0_in.rrd --template traffic_eth0_in N:453511855
10/06/2002 11:45 AM - CMD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/cacti/rra/traffic_eth0_out.rrd --template traffic_eth0_out N:1844861893

10/06/2002 11:50 AM - CMD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/cacti/rra/traffic_eth0_in.rrd --template traffic_eth0_in N:U
10/06/2002 11:50 AM - CMD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/cacti/rra/traffic_eth0_out.rrd --template traffic_eth0_out N:U

as u see, 5 mins later it stopped receiving any output at all.. now i saw that the commandline of snmpget has changed.. :

/var/www/cacti/log$ snmpget
USAGE: snmpget [OPTIONS] AGENT OID [OID]...

so i think found my problem (the commandline for cacti / rrdtool to update my network traffic has changed due to a newer snmpget (now version 5.03)) is there a way for cacti/rrdtool to compensate this changes?

Thanks in advance,

Tom
