Hello, I'm running Ubuntu Server 20 and when initially installing Cacti - it was drawing graphs just fine. But a month later, when I've decided to remove graphs that were showing traffic in bytes and replace them with graphs showing it in bits - new graphs ended up being empty. Even though I was not touching cacti or making any changes to Ubuntu Server.
I've tried re-adding this device (a switch) as a new device (and also added a new, unrelated device - which is also a switch) and it also results in empty graphs. Even though in all cases 'SNMP-Interface Statistics' has hundreds of items and allows me to create graphs for interfaces.
Other devices that are there (host machine and a bunch of other switches) draw graphs just fine.
rrd files are being created and updated, they are just being filled with -nan values according to 'rrdtool fetch'.
Any ideas?

ok, we have data. Try to omit mikrotik template and create new device with "Generic SNMP template". Or create device without template and only add SNMP - interface statistics in Associated Data Queries.

mikrotik template is not used, the device is created with a "generic SNMP template" and uses only "SNMP - Interface Statistics". But I can try recreating it anew with no template just to check

I've added another switch (that was never in the database) and re-created this one - both with no templates - added SNMP profile manually. Created graphs as usual. They are still empty.
Out of interest I've decided to debug one of the interfaces (with constant ~80 Mbps usage) from the Troubleshooting menu - and here what it says after 15 minutes of running:

Templates->data source -> choose Interface - traffic ->Data source item, set Maximu Value to "U" (for both data sources)

Interesting - this seems to have made it work. However I've tried it with 32-bit Bits/Bytes counters only. Because when I'm trying to add 32 bit counters to any device that already has 64-bit based graphs - those end up filled with "-nan" values for whatever reason. Recreating the device with 32 bit counters however is successful.
But I remember in that old 0.8.8 version (which was used previously - 1.2.15 was a clean install with a fresh empty DB) when using 32 bits counters - it provided weird data on 10Gbit interfaces where it was jumping from 0 to max values at random instead of drawing a realistic graph. Will it be the issue here?
