Cacti 1.2.15 User login Issue Username and Password Incorrect

Dear Support,

Kindly be informed that i am currently on cacti 1.2.15 but user account created find it difficult to login. they keep getting Wrong Username and Password despite having the valid credentials. i have tried clearing browser history use different browser but still the same issue

The user management show that the users just login but checking the logs shows that the user failed to authenticate. await your swift response as we just upgraded seamlessly to cacti 1.2.15 and all our customers profile cant login to view their utilization graph.

What did you upgrade from? Check those users permissions. If you upgraded from a very old cacti version, the permissions were super broken in the 0.8.x releases.

I upgraded from 1.2.14. the upgrade was seamless and all graph are working fine but all users created are having issues authenticating on the web browser. see below my permissions
