Remote poller stuck Offline

Post by KevinNoall »

I have a number of remote pollers and one of them is stuck in 'Offline' state. I've validated the settings in the cacti and spine configs, I've manually tested db connectivity both to the remote poller from the main poller, and to the main poller from the remote.

Logs don't show much with the exception of
2020/11/11 11:00:05 - AUTOM8 WARNING: Main Cacti database offline. Can not run automation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are at 1.2.15, upgrade to the 1.2.x branch, and then do a full sync. Problem will be solved.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
