Weathermap horizontal scroling

Dear cacti community,
after cacti upgrade for 1.2.14 and weathermap Urban-Software.de version 0.98.01-
I experienced strange bug.
I have problem with horizontal scroling, when my weathermap is too big. There is no horizontal scrollbar (on the bottom).
Old cacti doesn't this problem (the same maps). I can use 'shift + mouse scroll' or arrows or use scrollbar on the bottom.
None of this method working on new cacti+weathermap, no possibility to move to fragment hidden outside the right edge of the screen.

Please add the following lines to the weathermap-cacti-plugin.css file:
