Hello Folks,
I am seeing an issue where the "Interface-Traffic" graphs stops working when the device went down and came back. These are the steps I tried to resolve,
1. Increase SNMP timeout
2. Rebuild Poller Cache
3. Reindex Device
So far only fix is to delete those graphs and add them new which starts graphing. However, is there any other fix for this issue which doesnt need to recreate the graphs?

That is a GUI issue. You should consider upgrading to Cacti 1.2.15, just released.
