We have been running Cacti v1.1.38 since May 2019 on RedHat 7 without issue. As of Sept 12th it no longer shows us graphs of recent data. If I select any graph that shows data less than 45 days old it defaults to a graph of the last 24 hours.
I have checked that all the .rrd files are being updated and that spine is running. I also restarted both html and mysql services. No error messages are showing in the logs that I have for these 2 services.

Re: Cacti v1.1.38 stops showing graphs
We were trying not to upgrade this server but it looks like v1.2.14 is the only way to go to resolve this. I will see if I can make it happen.

Re: Cacti v1.1.38 stops showing graphs
Hello!
I have the same problem with cacti. I work in cacti ver 1.2.7 and Freebsd ver 11.3. It began in 15-26 13 september. I can see only 24 latest hours. Can you tell me how your story ended?

I had the same issue. Upgrade to 1.2.14 solved this problem.
Let the Cacti grow!
