problem with negative values

Post by gobris »

Hello,
Using version 1.1.38

I am using cacti to monitor the teperatures. What I noticed today is, when there is negative values, graph does not use it.
I checked and addet min value to data source.
I set my snmp output to negateive manually.. But graph does not accept values lower than 0

Now;
As you can see data source has negative minimum -30

this is the values I am getting from snmp
SNMP: v2: localhost, dsname: snmp_oid, oid: iso.3.6.1.4.1.2021.2000.8.4.1.2.7.116.101.109.112.111.117.116.1, value: -1.0
And also attaching the log of the graph.. "-" values are the times graph gets negative values

So how can I make it accept negative values?

Just setting rrd from cmd line helped me
rrdtool tune /var/lib/cacti/rra/localhost_snmp_oid_2.rrd --minimum snmp_oid:U
