v1.2.10 - Corrupt Install file: install/templates/Cacti_Stats.xml.gz

While installing Cacti v1.2.10, Installation becomes stuck at:
03/20/2020 14:06:05 - INSTALL: always: Found 6 templates to install
03/20/2020 14:06:05 - INSTALL: always: About to import Package #1 'Cacti_Stats.xml.gz'.

After much frustration, I have discovered this file is CORRUPT, as included in the download release file: cacti-1.2.10.tar.gz md5sum: c4ba16852eaf0f0d186ba4f38788bc35

I replaced the corrupt file, with the current file from GitHub. Installation completes.
