The graphs are seen with cuts

Post by gconac »

From time to time the graphs are seen with cuts, even though the connection is stable.

When viewing the graphs in 12 hours the cut is not appreciated, but in 6 hours if it is displayed

What do your logs say during that time period?

There are no logs in the schedule that indicate the cut.
The link with another APP is monitored and it does not alert lost communication.

Check your timeouts. Is this device being polled from a remote data collector? What Cacti release is this?

That's a super old version. Not sure you will get much help here. Update your spine to the latest 0.8.8 version. If you get blanks, and spine can write to the log, you should be getting errors.
