gui is stuck when change poller

Hello,
After new 2 remote poller installation (poller 2,3) , poller 2 is working properly and collect data.
Poller 3 is also look like working properly but when I'm trying to change to poller 3 for device , the gui is stuck and not responding,
after performing server http reset the gui start to response .
any idea how to fix poller 3 problem ? how to test that poller 3 working and define properly ?

OS Linux centos8 , cacti 1.2.14

after few minutes the gui popup this message :

Action failed :
Sorry, we could not process your last action.
Error: 504 Gateway Timeout
Reason: The response to the last action was unexpected.

Likely, you don't have working bi-directional communication with the Remote Data Collector. You should edit it and ensure that you can communicate both over the HTTP and MySQL connections. Or the Remote Data Collector is down (http(s)).

you are right , when i try to connect from main server to remote db poller , there is no prompt back its just stuck and not replay,
from the poller to main server db it is work properly.

any idea ?

Ensure that both the https and mysql ports are open in both ways, and that you can communicate to them from the main poller and vice versa.
