Put a field from a script/command to the title of the graph

Hello all,
I try to have a value entered by a user, when creating the graph, to be used in the title of the graph, is that possible ?

it's the dnsresponsetime perl script, and I'd like to have the hostname queried inside my grpah title, otherwise all grpah have the same name!!
