Fail to import tempate

Hello,
I'm using cacti 1.2.14 on Linux centos8 ,
When I try to import template , I got blank page and message crf time out ,
I've try to download import.php file from github but it did not solve the problem .

please help me

Check the apache error log for errors. Ensure that you are importing a template and not a package. If you are trying to import something from Cacti 1.x into Cacti 0.8.x, it won't work.

max_execution time and memory_limit should be the correct ones. If it's a tgz you are trying to import, that's a package. You have to use "import_package.php" cli for that.
