Graphs only display past 24 hours of data

If I try to use filters to look at longer time periods it just refreshes the page and stays at 24 hours. If I click on the "time view" icon it just shows the same graph for every period of time(see image attached). If I use my house to highlight areas of the graph to look at those time slices the page refreshes with no change. Anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
