When I run snmpwalk from the command line everything works fine.
However when I add the hostname address and community to cacti it does not find any interfaces.
Also, when I run php ./cmd.php from the command line I get the following:

My directory for the mibs is:
/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs
I am using ucd-snmp-4.2.3
Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Never mind figured it out just re-installed ucd-snmp which put everything in the right directories and now it works.
Great app now I've got it all working pretty impressive. May try the spine script.
