RRDtool Says: ERROR: opening 'filename.rrd': No such file or directory

RRDtool Says: ERROR: opening 'filename.rrd': No such file or directory

Hi All,

I am unable to get graph for Interface - Errors/Discards. Observing below error when i run graph debug mode. All other graphs are working.

RRDtool Says:
ERROR: opening '/app1/cacti/rra/xxxx_errors_in_9091.rrd': No such file or directory

Kindly advise.

Edit the Interface Data Query and then the Errors Discard Template Mapping and post a screen shot.

Okay, that all looks good. Have you tried using the data source debug? Are the RRA folder permissions correct?

Yes, I tried data source debug. Below is the output. RRA folder permissions seems to be correct as i get other graphs (traffic stats, cpu,etc) for the same device. However when i login to Cacti via cli there is no file "/app1/cacti/rra/xxxx_errors_in_9105.rrd \"
