Weird issue with RRAs

I am having a weird issue with RRA's in that I am graphing multiple ports on a switch, however some of the graphs only go back approximately 6 months, and others go back for the whole year. From what I can tell each are using the same templates and profiles. Data collection is in 1 minute intervals.

For the RRA's that only go back 6 months, the file sizes are approx 200KB
For the RRA's that go back further, the file sizes are approx 32MB

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
