Hi,
ubuntu server 16.04.4 LTS
php 7.0
cacti 0.8.8f
I wanna ask about grey graph. I have many devices on my cacti server. The problem is if one of my device is down, the graph is grey. Usually if the device is down, the graph is white, right?
Is there a setting to change from grey to white?
Thank you.

You might want to post a picture of what you are talking about, as the tiny amount of detail you have given is not enough to figure out what you are talking about.
I don't believe that extremely old version of Cacti supported PHP 7, so you may run into issue there also.php 7.0

Re: My graph is grey
Hi,
This is example graph
It was running normally using php7.
When the device is down there is grey graph, not blank graph.
I've checked, the grey graph is only on mikrotik device.
Do you have any suggestion for me to check?
Thank you.

Ya, that's not the default Graph Template. I would start by looking at the Graph Template items to see if there is a CDEF causing this.

Hi,
I've attached mikrotik graph template used by my server. Maybe last year the graph is normal if the device is down.
I just found out lately the graph now like that. There is no changed the configuration template on my server. Where can I check CDEF? Thank you.

Re: My graph is grey
I have the same type of behavior I always thought that was the default behavior
I actually like it as I know that's a gap and not traffic or errors being absent
Cigamit are you sure this is not default ? I see this on multiple installs

Re: My graph is grey
I didn't think so, as it doesn't happen on any of mine. The default traffic template also doesn't mention "Peak Usage". For instance, here is a host that is currently down on mine.
Searching through your zip you posted, there is no mention of the word "Peak" that i found, so I would question if those are the templates also.
