Hi our Cacti Server installed on Centos 7 with version 1.2.12 not showing graph of few newly added devices.
Please help.

can you see the graphs in previe mode ?
if you go to the device and click graph list are the graphs there ?

I can see graph in realtime.

Check permissions of the rra directory to ensure that they poller user / web server user can write new files.

You can also use the datasource troubleshooter that is built into Cacti to find the issue.

Thanks i got the root cause of the issue, it was spine poller which was having issue after changing to cmd.php poller issue resolved.
