Hello All,
I am new to cacti and it's working well for all devices in Net-SNMP device tempalate and specific device templates.
I have been using Cacti version 1.2.12.
The problem i have been facing with my Huawei OLT model Mt5600. I had used its template as Net-SNMP device and
verbose the query Interface Statstics resulting the good ethernet OID values but the value of negative (-) for GPON interfaces.
I surfed the forums of cacti and imported templates of Huawei available, but no luck of same negative values for the
GPON interfaces resulting no graphs of GPON interfaces.
Could anyone help me please, i have managed to post the screenshots of those bad OID values alongwith.
Thankyou

Re: No Graph for GPON interface OLT
Good Morning
I present the same problem, I have downloaded several templates but I am not successful, graphs in 32Bits but for 64Bits they do not graph, at 32 bits the traffic when it reaches 100m shows a sharp drop.

Re: No Graph for GPON interface OLT
I have the same issue with 1.2.13. I upgraded Cacti from 0.8.8b to 1.2.13 and all GPON traffic graphs stopped working (Ethernet graphs works fine in the new version). I even tested by creating a new Data Profile, Data Source, and graph template but the results are the same. The graph shows 'nan'.
Cacti version 0.8.8b shows this graph for the same GPON interface
Cacti version 1.2.13 shows this graph for that GPON interface
In Data Source Troubleshooter, I can see the rrd is getting updated but the graph is failing to plot. Getting error "Data Source returned Bad Results for GPON_traffic_out Data Source returned Bad Results for GPON_traffic_in"

Also looking at logs the SNMP output is 'U'

Tried Snmpget and getting this result
ifHCInOctets.4194451456: Unknown Object Identifier (Index out of range: 4194451456 (ifIndex))
But when running snmpget with option '-Ir' I get expected results
IF-MIB::ifHCInOctets.4194451456 = Counter64: 8360398254462
Could this be something that needs updating in one of SNMP scripts in Cacti?

Re: No Graph for GPON interface OLT
FYI this has been resolved for me by using spine poller instead or cmd.php
