PROBLEM: Weathermap tab not showing
I have installed weathermap, ran all the checks, completed all the updates. Webbased check says everything is ok, CLI says everything is ok, all my other plugins loading ok. However, weathermap is not. No tab, no nothing.

You didn't mention whether you added it to global.php - it's an 'old-style' plugin.
You also didn't mention whether you checked in User Admin to see if you have the rights (there should be two).

Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

yes, I added it to global.php. And yes, I have rights, all 3 of the weathermap permissions are set.

It sounds like it's kind of working... which version of weathermap is it? And are there tables called weathermap_auth and weathermap_maps in your cacti database now?

I have the same issue.
I have made sure my weathermap dir has the correct owner (apache)
But what needs to be changed in global.php?
If I navigate to the following link (cactiserver/cacti/plugins/weathermap/weathermap-cacti-plugin.php) the weathermap page loads but there is just no tab for it.
Any assistance would be great
