graps Nan, no same output cmd.php and cacti log

Hi. After some weeks trying to work out this problem i reformulate my previous ticket to add details and maybe get some help from you guys.

I have 4 devices with ios xr. Using template in forums i ve been able to import query to graph optic power on some interfaces. I succeded in two of the 4 devices, but the same templates, query and script that works with them does not work with the other 2.

Focusing in one of the devices in which i cant get this kind of graph to work (others graphs, like traffic for instance, work without any problem) i tried the following:

1) log information in debug mode

2) Executing
php -q cmd.php 968 35419 works ok

(one side note, when i executed command i was expecting only to manually poll device 968, but it happens that also poll other devices)

3) From script server works ok

Is not a problem with script permisions. Same templates and scripts work in 2 of my 4 devices.
