Import Error: Failed to insert into data_input_data table

I have 1.2.11 on Centos, running well

I've tried to add some Postfix/Dovecot plugins/templates from Glen Pitt-Pladdy; I have used this in the past on previous server (.8?), BUT, getting

the plugins/templates are from

I guess ? these are incompatible with current Cacti ?

any help or suggestion, please ?
